whew wee, have not posted in awhile. A freind of mine finally convinced me to start posting again. So.. starting with the present... Just got back from going to see the Peter Pan play at the GPHS's Theatre. It was really great even thought it was designed for a younger audience, the One Eleven Theatre Company puts on really good shows. I'm hoping to get myself into another play sometime soon but I'm a little afraid of having to audition. I was kinda bummed that I couldent go to the earlier showing with my freinds because my dad was doing stuff with his bees. Hey, at least we got some honey! And we (as in me and my mom, everyone else was busy and morgans a chicken) got to see Uncle Dandy Randy and Aunt Pat :D Still a little furious at myself for rolling my ankle yesturday night, it's still sore but I don't think it's that bad, no need for crutches or anything. Still, its a little annoying and me and my freind keenan didn't get to REALLY play commando because of it. Not like it was going to that great anyways since there were so many cussers and smokers in the group of people playing. We got caught almost immediately and ended up waiting for the next round at the all sports park (we started at denny's and the destination was the all sports park). Then we ended up just going home because the next round was going to be past curfew (11:00pm), and because a bunch of the kids started making us nervous... the drivers were speeding around way to fast, almost hitting people in several occasions, then people started riding on top the hoods then roofs while some were running alongside the car trying to get in the open door. Cussing increased a bit and I'am surprised that the police didn't come and end the game. I'm really glad that no one got seriously hurt, someone was watching over us that night.

well here's a few early pics of our kitten steve. he really knows how to relax...but he's also a mighty lion when it comes to hunting down rats, mice, and grasshoppers. My mom has kicked him out of the house because he refused to be potty-trained.

I just love immagrent lakes tower/spider web thingy! We also went down the water slides, played in the lake's swimming hole a bit, and had a nice picnic. What a way to celebrate my moms birthday, I'm absolutely positive that she loved it. I hope that we can do that again sometime, that place is awesome!

Here is a little rock pool we made from some rocks from griffin park and part of that tree that fell accross our driveway last year. If it was my rock pool I would have done it a little differently but it works.

Memorial day

We spent the day at Griffin Park, roasting hotdogs over a campfire and all that good picnicy stuff. The jetboat race this year was pretty good, at least no-one crashed this year. The boats are so tiny! I still can't believe they can get those things to go so fast. It looks like so much fun but its so dangerous that I don't think I can even consider doing it. Well, I sure enjoyed the day off.

Here we are, Riding the Taco at Immagrent Lake. Later we flipped the taco over and played King/queen of the hill. Then we swam to shore with Grandma Ritva and explored a small cave we found hidden on the beach, found evidence of a mysterious creature I call a Hobo living there and we soon swam back to the awesome, unedible, taco. I hope we can cram a few more adventure in before summer ends again. Heres a picture of my mom driving the boat, we were trying to get my dad to flip :D no such luck as usual.

Summer is awesome, sometimes I wish it would last forever, and sometimes I wish school would hurry up and fill my schedule again. This year it went by way too fast :( now i have to go back to the boring drone of my school books. Thats the thing about homeschooling, no fun classes (sorry mom but it's true).

long time no post. its 11:13pm miranda posting. We grew our own pumkins this year... they turned out huge! wish i could get a picture, but i dont have a camera :( . Our internet service hasent been working to well so thats part of the reason i havent been posting.

I found this new website called icanhasacheezburger.com it has some really funny pics with creative captions. You can upload photo's of animals and caption them, then you can copy the URL and paste it to all sorts of websites, including blogger and myspace!

This is a picture of our new bunny, I think we are going to name him Howie. He is a miniature lop and he already making freinds with poco :D

we just got baby ducks today! Dad says that they'll eat all the seaweed in our pond. And they are so cute! And no uncle randy, we are not going to eat them, they lay eggs.

This is our new dog, Jada. She is a German sheppard who has been trained to be a police dog. She is extremely smart and has learned how to sit, lay down, stay, attack, guard/sit on someone while growling, grab potential weapons out of peoples hands when they are fighting, and fetch tennis balls :) She also detects certain drugs like meth, cocaine, and stuff. We found that out when morgan was given a string necklace and Jada started sniffing intensely and giving her low warning growl, apparentley the string was made of Hemp.

Poco's favourite holiday is christmas... He especially enjoys ripping the wrapping paper off the presents, climbing and knocking over the tree, and eating all his gifts early. The kitties are enjoying their little treat, well steve is, poco ate very little because he is a picky eater.

Oh dear, it's my first post. What in the world am I going to say? well, i will find out. Life happens and somehow i will find a way to document it in a somewhat readable format IN ENGLISH. For those who are reading this, This is supposed to be a somewhat private blog for freinds and family to read and keep in touch with me, if you want to just complain and nag go do it on my facebook or Email where I can filter or block the spam. Not that i get much spam I just don't want any, seeing that some of myfreinds get it all the time. Anyway I really hope this works out and that i will find the time to post things to keep these memories safe and sound and to share them with you. Some of the things i will be posting will be just pictures or short sentences about what I did on the weekend or just anything exciting thats happening, but some of these things may be just randomn things like a link to a video I like on Youtube or a funny picture or phrase I found on the internet. I think it would be kind of cool to show some of this to my kids one day and say "Hey look what I did as a kid!". Logging all this stuff could probably prove just as useful as it is fun.
